Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial
No charge during the trial period
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you will be billed automatically
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each billing period unless cancelled
Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of your current billing period
The renewal price is the same as your original subscription price unless we notify you of a change

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time
iOS — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FlexDash → Cancel
Android — Google Play Store → Subscriptions → FlexDash → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You retain access to premium features until your current period expires
Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your renewal date

Refunds

iOS refund requests must be submitted through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
Android refund requests must be submitted through Google Play
We do not process refunds directly — all billing is handled by Apple or Google

FlexDash, its code, design, brand, and content are the intellectual property of TechBuildDreams LLC. Your subscription grants you a license to use the app, not ownership of any part of it.
