End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and TechBuildDreams LLC for the FlexDash mobile application.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the FlexDash application on your personal mobile device, subject to these terms and your active subscription.

2. Subscription Terms

Pricing

• FlexDash Pro: $4.99/month (or current listed price in your region)
• Prices may vary by country and are displayed in your local currency

Auto-Renewal

• Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled
• Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of your current billing period
• The renewal price is the same as the original subscription price unless we notify you of a change

Free Trial

• New users may receive a free trial (currently 30 days)
• No charge during the trial period
• If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FlexDash → Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → FlexDash → Cancel
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to premium features until your current period expires
• Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before your renewal date

Refunds

• Refund requests for iOS purchases must be submitted through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Refund requests for Android purchases must be submitted through Google Play
• We do not process refunds directly — all billing is handled by Apple/Google

3. What You Get

A FlexDash Pro subscription includes:

• Unlimited automatic mileage tracking
• Unlimited screenshot scanning (AI-powered)
• Toll detection and expense tracking
• Community gas prices
• Delay reporting and defense report generation
• IRS-compliant tax report export (PDF + CSV)
• Multi-platform support (unlimited gig apps)
• All future feature updates during your subscription

4. Restrictions

• You may not share, resell, or transfer your subscription
• You may not use the app on more than one device simultaneously with the same account
• You may not modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the application
• You may not use the app to generate false or fraudulent documentation

5. Intellectual Property

FlexDash, its code, design, brand, and content are the intellectual property of TechBuildDreams LLC. Your subscription grants you a license to use the app, not ownership of any part of it.

6. Disclaimer

• FlexDash is a tracking and documentation tool — not a tax advisor or legal service
• Mileage and expense data should be verified by a qualified tax professional
• Defense reports are documentation tools — we cannot guarantee outcomes with any gig platform
• GPS accuracy depends on your device and environment — results may vary

7. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate this EULA. Upon termination:

• Your access to premium features will end immediately
• You may export your data before deletion
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination

8. Apple & Google Specific Terms

Apple App Store

• This EULA is between you and TechBuildDreams LLC, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for FlexDash
• Apple is not responsible for any claims related to FlexDash
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA

Google Play Store

• This EULA is between you and TechBuildDreams LLC, not Google
• Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for FlexDash

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
